  Unhelpful staff. I was looking for an adapter which I could not see on the shelf, so I asked a staff member if they had any stock they bluntly said no, so I proceeded to order a click and collect for a later date. I walk out to my car and on the way receive a text saying my click and collect is ready for pickup. This shows that this item was in stock and the staff were just lazy. Wasted my time and have to make another trip.

  Great store, very clean, organised and has everything I need!
  Although my praise really goes to Wendy in Layby and Service… She is very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. This lady deserves a raise. She has the patience of a saint

  It’s a good store well laid out has pretty much everything
  Just one issue.. they still have not stopped. or caught the person who goes and buys every unit of the same number from each hot wheels car set.. in other words if there is set with 5 numbered cars 1/5 2/5, and so on.. this turkey will go in and buy every single number 5 so you can’t get the set for your kids. So it’s either an employee buying them, or an employee tipping someone else off when they are coming in, because this happens almost on day 1 of the release of a new set. Why do they do you ask? Because they want to sell them on eBay and inflate the price for those looking to complete the set in the future…not cool…

  Just came in with my mum (5:40 11/2) and the lady greeting at the front was so delightful and had such a glowy personality. Didnt catch her name but you rock!!

  Please dont close the Menai Big W. It used to be a great store. Bad management decisions should not result in this store closing down. Update and improve this store. Its a money earner if the right decisions are made. It used to be a great store until someone decided to make changes a few years ago and seemingly downgraded it.
